1. Acceptance of Purchase Terms
By purchasing any product, program, course, coaching service, membership, digital resource, community access, or other offer from Inspire N Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy.

4. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or recurring billing option is offered at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and authorize us to charge that payment method for the amount due.
5. Payment Plans and Failed Payments
If a payment plan is selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment terms presented at checkout.
If a payment fails or is missed, we reserve the right to:
retry the payment method on file
suspend access until the account is brought current
revoke bonuses, materials, or related access
require payment of the remaining balance before restoring access
You remain responsible for completing all payments owed under any payment plan you selected.
6. Delivery and Access
Access to purchased content or services is provided after successful payment.
Delivery may occur through email, account creation, login credentials, course portal access, community access, downloadable files, scheduled calls, Zoom links, or other methods selected by the Company.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to check your email, spam, promotions, and account details for delivery and access instructions.
7. Personal Use Only
All materials, content, and account access are for individual personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, uploaded, sold, licensed, sublicensed, or transferred without written permission.
You may not:
share login credentials
give others access to paid content
copy or redistribute course or community materials
resell or repurpose materials as your own
use the materials for commercial redistribution without written permission
8. Confidential and Private Content
Some offers include private content, members-only materials, community access, group sessions, recordings, or proprietary educational resources.
By purchasing, you agree not to share, record, copy, repost, distribute, or disclose private or confidential materials unless expressly authorized in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, unauthorized sharing, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
9. No Refund Policy
Because our offers include digital materials, private content, and immediate access to proprietary resources, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any purchase unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
you are receiving access to confidential, proprietary, digital, and/or service-based content that cannot be returned
you have reviewed the offer details before purchasing
your purchase is non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been scheduled, delivered, or made available
10. No Cancellation of Payment Obligations
If you choose a one-time purchase, your payment is final.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments regardless of:
your level of participation
whether you access the materials
whether you complete the program
whether your circumstances change
whether you achieve your desired results
11. Subscription or Membership Cancellation
If your purchase includes a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation method provided through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation stops future billing only and does not entitle you to a refund for prior charges already processed.
12. Educational Disclaimer
Our products, services, programs, community spaces, coaching, and content are educational in nature and are intended to provide general guidance, information, and support.
We do not guarantee specific financial, legal, emotional, relational, spiritual, business, or personal results. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own participation, decisions, effort, circumstances, and follow-through.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the matter.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to:
suspend or terminate your access immediately
revoke access to purchased materials, bonuses, and services
provide these terms and related records to the payment processor or financial institution
pursue collection of any remaining balance owed where permitted by law
14. Right to Refuse or Remove Access
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel access, or remove any participant from a program, coaching space, membership, community, or other offer if we determine the participant is disruptive, abusive, violating these terms, or misusing our content or platforms.
If access is terminated due to violation of these terms, no refund will be provided.
15. Intellectual Property
All purchased content remains the intellectual property of Inspire N Connect unless otherwise stated in writing. Your purchase grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspire N Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any purchase, participation, access issue, use of materials, or inability to use the offer.
18. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase & Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
